Molinare is looking for a Client Services Manager to oversee all aspects of the Molinare client experience. Responsibilities include managing the running, reception and bar teams and ensuring the service they give is exemplary.
Responsibilities also include ensuring our client areas and suites are maintained to a high standard, liaising with all departments within the company, organising events and working closely with our Sales, Marketing and Bookings teams.
The candidate must have strong administrative and organisational skills as they will be responsible for handling supplier contracts and departmental scheduling and planning.
Extensive client-facing experience is essential, as is initiative, quick thinking and the ability to deal with potentially difficult situations in a calm, polite and professional manner.
Previous experience in the post production industry is preferable.
