Content Synopsis:
When a young girl takes her own life, Archie and the other Suicide Kids decide to follow her lead and form a pact. But as the group begin to die on by one, Archie realises that they have all become the target of a masked killer and that his commitment to death has become a terrifying fight for survival and a battle to protect the girl he loves. But who’s the killer? Fast paced contemporary urban thriller / horror with a cast of established and rising young stars including Robert Sheehan (Misfits) and in her first theatrical role, Tulisa Contostavlos of X Factor fame. .
Demons Never Die was written and directed by Arjun Rose and produced by Idris Elba, the star of shows such as The Wire and Luther. Released in cinemas from the 28th October 2011 in time for Halloween, Molinare provided full picture post on this production.
Technical Details:
Shot on RED, the rushes were transcoded at Molinare for offline edit inhouse at Exile on FCP(4K RED files to MXF). Sequences were then returned to Molinare for conform in the Clipster and Baselight. VFX, Online and Baselight worked together to produce motion FX, create 3D VFX and remove time specific errors in the story time line.
